Here is a simplicious, soothing and filling pudding recipe that will definitely satisfy your tastebuds, a perfect one for summer mornings, loaded with nutrients and energizing too!
So here is how to make this super yummy pudding-
Ingredients:
· 1 cup milk
· ¼th cup chia seeds
· 1 tbsp honey
· 1 cup fresh/frozen strawberries/or any fruit of your choice
· ½ cup water
· ½ cup fresh cream
· ¼th cup crushed almonds
Instructions:
1. Soak chia seeds in water for 3-4 hours.
2. In a glass jar, combine milk, honey and chia seeds. Whisk well.
3. Let the jar rest in the fridge overnight.
4. Pour the filling to the bottom of a serving glass. Let it rest in the fridge.
5. Mix diced or minced fruit with cream and refrigerate overnight.
6. In the morning, spoon the chia seed filling on the strawberry filling.
7. Top with crushed almonds and serve it chilled as a pudding or a smoothie.
